Reviving the women’s only “Satin Black Toe” release from 2019, Jordan Brand kicks off the month of August with the women’s Air Jordan 1 High OG “Satin Red”. Flipping the colour-blocking around from the 2019 release, the sneaker features timeless shades of gym red and white running across its premium leather upper, while faux snakeskin in black makes its way onto the Swoosh’s, heel counters, and ankle flaps. Adding further textured material to the silhouette, bright red satin can be found at the tongue and collar lining. Branding can be found at the ankle with a debossed ‘Wings’, alongside a woven ‘Nike Air’ label at the tongue. The release is then finished with its iconic white midsole and black outsole, as well as three sets of laces in black, red, and white.
