South Korea’s G-Dragon links up with Nike for a second collaborative release on the iconic AF1 silhouette with this week's release of the Air Force 1 ’07 x PEACEMINUSONE “Para-noise”. Playing yin and yang with last year's release, the new iteration swaps black for a white-toned painted leather upper that is meant to crack and degrade over time, gradually unveiling artwork by G-Dragon himself. The hidden artwork is inspired by a sense of optimism towards art and the self-expression it holds for youth and their creativity around the world. Notable details are found embroidered at the tongue , which features his label’s (PEACEMINUSONE ) daisy motif, while contrasting tones of black are found at the tumbled leather Swoosh's and at paint strokes applied to the midsole and outsole. The silhouette is then rounded off with thick black laces, eyelet pins, as well as printed insoles and special packaging featuring more of G-Dragon’s artwork.
