In 2010, Hiroshi Fujiwara & Fragment Design joined forces with Nike to create three iconic colourways in the Dunk, inspired by key cities from around the world. The first of these three returns 11 years later with this weeks release of the Fragment Design x Nike Dunk High “Beijing”. Featuring an all-leather upper, the silhouette comes dressed in ‘wine’ red with stark black overlays, favouring traditional colour-blocking instead of the mismatched design seen with the 2010 release. Fragment’s signature lightning bolt logo makes its way onto the ankle in white, while cobranded text is found printed at the midsole. The release is then finished with a classic white and black midsole & outsole pairing, alongside black laces.
