Returning to their collaborative lineup for the first time since 2019, adidas and Kanye West are back with the YEEZY 500 “Enflame”, dropping this Saturday, May 8th. Unlike past colourways, this release mixes hi-vis hits of orange with the earthy shades synonymous to the Yeezy brand. As such, the upper see’s a reddish-brown mesh take over the base, while dark blue leather and a mix of tan and grey-blue suede is found layered on top at the toe and eyestays respectively. A bright punch of orange at the adiPRENE midsole and outsole adds contrast to the upper, while a durable synthetic mudguard in tan joins the upper to the aforementioned midsole. The release is then finished with deep brown trim at the sneakers interior, alongside rope laces and a 3M reflective overlay at the tongue, both of which are done up in dark blue.
