First taking flight in 1989 as Michael Jordan’s fourth signature sneaker, the AJ4 returns in OG colour-blocking for this week's release of the Air Jordan 4 Retro “Military Black”. Similar to the classic blue style from decades ago, this iteration of the AJ4 features a tumbled leather upper in white with durabuck overlaid at the mudguard in ‘neutral grey’. Netted TPU inserts in white are found at the midfoot and tongue, which include black mesh underlays, while the silhouettes iconic “wings” molded eyelets are done up in ‘neutral grey’ & black. This release is then finished with two-toned hits at the tongue’s branded woven tag, heel’s “Jumpman” pull tab, as well as at the midsole.
