Diving once again into their running shoe vaults, Nike revives on of its most beloved sneakers — the Air Max Triax ‘96. A cult classic resulting from the silhouettes ties to the 1996 Olympic Games and American athlete Michael Johnson, the Triax 96 returns in OG colour schemes this Holiday season. Both “Varsity Royal” and “University Red” colourways feature lightweight mesh uppers with smooth white leather and black suede overlays. The runners are finished with ‘Triax’ branding found at the tongues pull tab and insole, mini swooshes on the toe box, as well as a slimmed-down heel Air Max unit visible at the midsole.
